Took more than expected time before someone showed up at front desk. Way to parking is very awkward. No clear signs to guide you. Room is clean but toilet seat lid would not stay at its place, keeps falling. Hoping no more disappointments show up for the rest of the stay. If parking situation can be fixed, will be a lot better. For the price, it’s not bad otherwise.

Nice hotel. Great location ! But try not to get the rooms that face inward towards the middle of the hotel or you will be overlooking the open indoor pool, tables, restaurant. Can be noisy if a family decides to swim right outside your girl door. Just an odd layout. The buffet is well priced for all the hot and cold items available.

Was there for a social event. Staff was very good. Presentation worked as planned. The buffet food was fine, not great but very acceptable for an event like this.

Great staff plus great caring people! We absolutely loved Tom our shuttle guy. His driving is wonderful, he talks to the passengers and truly cares how their family members are who are in the hospital. Thanks Tom for making such a difficult time in our lives a little more easier. Your the best!

The staff is very very nice and helpful including maintenance, but the rooms are prettttty beat up. The Lobby looks good but the rooms, not so much. I stay at hotels for work regularly and this is the most in need of updating holiday inn I've stayed at. It desperately needs updating and fixing up. Room windows look into the hotel lobby not outside. The elevators could be from the 1800 's if I took a wild guess. Just everything looks very tired to me. Bath tubs, molding, doors everything looks in need of a re do very badly. The toilet took 3 flushes to flush properly (no exaggeration). Tried 10 times. 3 flushes was the trick. I read this same thing in another review. The outlets are crumbling out of the walls, floors look dirty etc. I stay here because of their connection to Dana farber and children's hospital but if not for that, I would not be back. Again this is NOT a reflection of the staff at the hotel. They are all great.
