Last but certainly not least, Clear Flour Bread is located right next door so prepare to be tempted by the smell of delicious baked goods as you enter/exit the laundromat (and then prepare to wait in line if you decide to purchase said baked goods since there's very often a line).

It's also worth mentioning that this place gets pretty busy during weekend afternoons so either avoid those times or bring something to do while you wait for machines to open up.

You can control the washers and driers with a smartphone account, which is pretty convenient. No need for quarters. And there's plenty of street parking, too.

Other niceties include the ability to start and monitor machines online (also haven't used), free Wi-Fi, a TV, a decent amount of seating complete with a couple of small tables, a handful of laundry carts, two big tables for folding clothes, a vending machine for one-time use detergents and softeners (super old school and only takes quarters), a sink, and two huge fans during the summer months.

They also have discounts available if you load certain amounts of money onto their "Fascard" (available for purchase via an in-store kiosk) and use that to pay for your laundry, although I've never used it.

All in all, though, this is one of the nicer laundromats I've frequented over the years and, more often than not, it makes the experience of doing laundry a little more bearable.

It was a decent laundromat in a central location. The facilities were clean and the washers and dryers fit more clothes than I was expecting. They have free wifi and you can pay with a credit card which is very convenient. I went on a Monday mid-morning and there was nobody there. In total it cost me $7 to wash and dry a load.

Hands down the best thing about this laundromat is that all the machines take credit cards (in fact, you can't even use quarters).

Some good machines if you know which ones to use but I really don't like the cards only approach. I just received a very confusing card statement which I now have to sort out and this wouldn't have happened if the machines took quarters.

Now, while there are plenty of washers/dryers (many of them relatively new too), they are rather expensive – washers will cost you between $3.25-$4.00 per load and dryers are $0.25 for 4 minutes. On top of that, there have been days where a third of the machines were broken.

AVOID THIS PLACE! It is the worst! It's expensive and, more often than not, the machines don't work properly. I did three loads today. One didn't drain after the wash, leaving me with soaking wet towels and blankets that will cost $$ to dry. A second was the opposite and was nearly completely dry, as though I hadn't even attempted to wash the clothes. They're still dirty and I refuse to try my luck with another machine and waste even more money.
