50/50 they are very helpful but they will give you junk phones if you're not on your toes. They switched a new part from my phone and replaced it with an old damaged part! Tried to charge me for their in-house theft.
Worst service, bunch of liars starting from SCOTT manager.
I been dealing with a huge problem with them and it's almost, one year, and they still not resolved my problem.
