Amazing bread! One of the best bakeries I have found in the US. I don't eat bread often but on occasion when I do, this is where I get it. Staff is always friendly and helpful as well.
I've been going to Pigs Fly for a few years. Their bread is good and they have a lot of really interesting flavors (i.e, the spinach/garlic bread or the lemonade bread....delicious). However, they sometimes over-bake the bread. just purchased a mango bread and it was burnt on the top. Got it home and could barely cut into it. The inside was dry and it was really hard to chew. That's what happens when you bake something for too long. Anyway they were good at compensating with a free loaf. Great customer service.
Terrible customer service. Christmas Eve and they wouldn’t help a young mother who had stroller
The staff at the Coolidge Corner location are super helpful and friendly. The slice of the day is an excellent way of trying new breads and treating yourself at the same time.
